York Water District and its staff continue to monitor the updates regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) and we are following the latest CDC guidelines.
During this pandemic, it has been clear that we needed to take some temporary/permanent measures to keep our employees safe, maintain our infrastructure, and provide the town with the essential service of delivering safe drinking water here in York.
As of 6/2/2021 the York Water District office is now open to the public. As a reminder our office hours are Monday thru Thursday 7:00AM to 5:30PM. If you enter our renovated lobby area, the District requires you to wear a mask if you have not been fully vaccinated.
To minimize contact we still urge you to take advantage of our online resources such as bill pay, water service applications, ATV permits, customer inquiries, water main extension applications and more. All of this can be found on this website. Customers may also use our “After Hours” drop box located at our main office on 86 Woodbridge Road for bill pay or any other communications.
Please be Advised:
When appointments are made for our staff to enter your home, we are asking customers to still practice social distancing and provide our staff the space necessary to do their work. Masks will be worn when entering customer premises unless mutually agreed otherwise.
