Appliciants:

Preconditions: Applicants must have soil test borings done in accordance with the Districts Policy Memorandum #14 concerning this issue.

Received P.U.C. Rule’s and Regulation’s Chapter #65
Applicants must furnish an easement to the District for any private way that the District does not, currently hold an easement in. No work will be scheduled or materials ordered until this condition is met.
